@comcastcares for the last month every day the services stop responding around 8-9 pm daily. internet stops working, cable gets stuck on the one channel and doesn’t respond to any commands. an hour later it somehow gets fixed and starts working. whole damn month. ridiculous!

@Xfinity so your customer service is so great you fail to advertise rate hikes. You fail to notify existing customers of a rate hike or when their contract expiration date is. Absolutely horrible. You will owe me and many others. I will spread the word.
